Vision for Open House & Stellars

Kingdom Vision

The overriding vision is to see Woodseats transformed, to see the people of Woodseats transformed in and through powered God.

We believe that God sent His Son to the world to die to rescue all people from the penalty of sin, to experience the love and care of Almighty God and to open up access to the resources of Heaven.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life" John 3:16
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly" John 10:10
We believe that all human issues can be resolved by an encounter with God in the person of Jesus Christ. Whether it be physical, emotional, mental, relationships, security, provision the resolution is in an personal encounter with Jesus. Healing, restoration, resource are all available on Him to His children. (after Bill Johnson)

We believe that God the Father is always good and acts towards us from this goodness, His desire is for restoration and wholeness for all people.

We believe that Christians should grow in maturity and knowledge of Jesus attaining to His likeness in every way.

We are committed to the revelation of the manifest presence of God with supernatural power in our lives and the lives of those we meet. We expect God to move in supernatural ways of healing deliverance, salvation and restoration of heavenly realities.
"Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven".

Open House and Stella's

The vision for the future Open House is basically the same as stated in the original Open House Constitution namely
".. to advance the Christian religion in particular in the community of Woodseats by the provision of a place of Christian witness by providing a meeting place for Christian with non-Christian and Christian with Christian"
We would add that these meetings would lead to encounters with God and transformation of lives.

Stellars Cafe will provide a place where Christian and pre-Christian can meet and encounter God in a non-church, neutral setting.

Open House will also be a place where believers can grow in their position in Christ and fulfil their purpose in God.
"but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things" Jer 9:24
This will be done through facilitating prayer, worship, teaching and discipleship using the facilities in the building. We see both upstairs and downstairs rooms to be used at different times.

We expect God to move in the area in revival so Open House will be a place of prayer and intercession ultimately seeing 24/7 prayer and intercession established.
